I am unable to submit my Service Voucher Log (SVL)?
The SVL may not allow you to submit if you have not completed and submitted the remittance validation for previously paid out SVLs.
I am unable to submit my remittance validation?
Check to ensure that all children are confirmed as enrolled or unenrolled for all weeks validated and save. NOTE: You cannot submit a remittance validation if the SVL contains a week of a future date.
Do I need to wait for a specific date to submit SVLs?
No, you may submit your SVL as soon as it is received, and you complete the anticipated enrollment and validation if needed.
How much time do I have to submit an SVL for payment?
We encourage providers to submit their SVL on a routine basis. Services over one year old will not be paid.
I am not seeing a child on the SVL?
A child may not be on the SVL because they are not connected or were connected after the SVL generated. Please contact the Control Center at:

What is the processing time for an SVL?
SVLs may take 10-14 business days to process. Although, the turn-around time is typically within 5-7 business days.
How will the Scholarship Program recoup payment from me after I indicate a child is no longer enrolled but I received payment?
Recoupment of payment will be taken from a future SVL payment.
